1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and submitting a tour inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per person. Cancellations 15-29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days: no refund, but we will try to reschedule your tour within 12 months at no extra cost.
4. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or force majeure. We will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. Liability
Wanxing Travel acts as a tour operator and is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or traveler negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and itineraries, is the property of Wanxing Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Changsha, Hunan Province.
