Transit travelers must hold a confirmed onward ticket to a third country or region and remain within permitted areas. Policies change, so we verify the latest official eligibility before booking.

Yes. We provide document checklists, application guidance, and supporting tour documents or invitation letters when applicable. This assistance is complimentary for confirmed clients.

Requirements vary by nationality and application location, but commonly include a passport with at least six months’ validity, passport photo, application form, flight itinerary, and accommodation or invitation documents. We send a tailored checklist after booking.

Tourist visas commonly take about 4–7 business days once accepted, but peak periods and individual consular requirements can extend processing. We recommend starting at least 45 days before departure and checking your local Chinese embassy or consulate.

For standard bookings, cancellation 30 or more days before departure receives a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per person; 15–29 days receives a 50% refund. Within 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule the tour within 12 months. Your confirmed quotation and contract govern if supplier terms differ.

Date changes requested at least 14 days before departure are normally free, subject to hotel, transport, attraction, and guide availability. Any third-party price difference will be quoted first.

If we cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of payments made to us or free rescheduling. Force majeure and supplier disruptions are handled under the confirmed booking terms.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including medical emergencies, cancellation, delays, and personal belongings. We can suggest criteria to compare, but you should choose a policy suited to your needs.

All listed tours are private. Your guide, vehicle, and itinerary are exclusively for your party unless your contract says otherwise.

Absolutely. Every tour can be customized, including destinations, hotels, pace, activities, meals, and special interests.

Each tour shows a Physical Level from 1–5. Levels 1–2 involve minimal walking; levels 3–4 include more hiking or stairs; level 5 requires strong fitness. We adjust activities to your abilities and discuss accessibility before confirmation.

Most packages include scheduled breakfasts, lunches, and dinners unless specified. We accommodate vegetarian, halal, allergies, and other dietary needs with advance notice, subject to local availability.

Fluent English-speaking guides are available across our core destinations. Russian-speaking guides are available in select locations with at least 14 days’ notice.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, layers, a rain jacket, sunscreen, medications, and essential apps or offline maps downloaded before arrival. We send a destination-specific packing list after booking.

International roaming, a travel eSIM, or a local SIM may work depending on your device and provider. Check compatibility before departure; your guide can help with local setup after arrival.

International cards are accepted at many hotels and larger businesses, while mobile payment is common for everyday purchases. We can help you prepare Alipay or WeChat Pay and recommend carrying a small amount of cash as backup.
