Who Can Enter China Without a Visa?
China currently grants 30-day unilateral visa-free entry to ordinary-passport holders from a broad list of countries for eligible purposes such as tourism, business, family visits, exchanges, and transit. The list and validity periods are updated by the Chinese government; some country arrangements have different end dates. 240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Eligible citizens of 55 countries may transit for up to 240 hours through 65 designated ports across permitted areas in China. You must travel onward to a third country or region, hold a confirmed onward ticket, enter through an eligible port, and stay within the authorized area. A simple return to the same origin generally does not qualify as third-country transit.
Standard Tourist Visa (L Visa)
Travelers who do not qualify for visa-free entry or transit normally need a tourist visa. Permitted stay and entry validity are determined by the issuing authority. For confirmed clients, we provide itinerary documents, accommodation information, and application guidance; invitation documentation is supplied when appropriate and accepted for the case.

Many standard applications are processed in roughly 4–7 business days after acceptance, but appointments, additional review, peak demand, and local procedures can add time. Consular fees vary by nationality, visa type, number of entries, and application location. Check the official fee schedule for your embassy, consulate, or visa center and begin at least 45 days before departure.
